We do! GSL is your source for full rigging inspections of your space by our ETCP Certified Rigging Staff members. Rigging Inspections should be performed once a year and are covered by your safety budget, not your show budget. Give us a call to schedule an inspection of your theatre or gymnatorium today.

We carry the consumables that keep the show running. Hundreds of lamps for conventional and intelligent lighting, Lee and Roscolux gels, Rosco Tough Prime paint, Fog/Haze Fluid, Stage Hardware, Gaffers Tape, Spike Tape, Glow Tape, Dance Floor Tape, a selection of size B steel gobos, Tie Line, DMX Cables, Lighting accessories, Rigging Hardware, Commando Cloth (Duvetyne), blackwrap and black tack...the list of supplies we stock goes on. When your production manager or stage manager is in need of supplies, you can tell them where to find everything they need. Gopher Stage Lighting is your one stop shop. We’re also pet friendly, so you might see a friendly dog greeting you!
- 7. How do I order a custom steel or glass gobo?
GSL is a knowledgeable source for custom steel and glass gobos of your company logo, special graphic, or wedding monogram. Sizes of gobos range for each type of lighting fixture; please indicate the size of gobo and/or fixture when ordering. Pricing is located on our store. Please email your artwork file in an .ai or .eps format to info@gopherstagelighting.com.
Other file formats such as .pdf or a .jpg can also be acceptable if the artwork is simple. Up to 2 free proofs can be delivered electronically upon custom gobo order. Lead time for custom gobos is less than 1 week upon order for custom steel gobos and 1-2 weeks for custom glass gobos. More information can be found on our vendor’s website here. - 8. What's the best paint to use to paint my stage?
Rosco’s Tough Prime is a durable, water-resistant coating which can be painted over with virtually any paint, water or solvent based. It is the ideal paint for your stage floor. We stock black Tough Prime in 1 and 5 gallon containers.

We no longer rent equipment. Several years ago we left the rental market to focus on our now core business of sales, service, and installation of lighting and rigging equipment.

Yes! Gopher Stage Lighting is pleased to announce the establishment of an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) effective December 31, 2020. Over time Gopher Stage Lighting stock will be allocated to present and future employees. The ESOP is designed to assist our employees with their retirement and provide them with a financial stake in the company. We believe that shared ownership will promote a positive organizational culture which will result in the continued success of Gopher Stage Lighting.
